Pre-entry only, no entry on the day.
Fees: £7.50 senior, £3 junior / student
Start times: 10:30 – 12:30
Entry limit: 270 competitors.

Courses: Yellow, Orange, Light Green, Short Green, Green, Blue, Brown
Terrain: High open fell with complex contour and rock detail. BL are very grateful to MDOC for allowing us to use the area.
Start/Finish: These are close together about 1.4km with 250m climb from the car park – 40 minutes steady walk.
Entry changes and cancellation: Before the closing date you can change your course by editing your entry online, but there will be no changes of course on the day. If you are unable to make the event please let us know via the email address above so that we can offer your place to another runner. If we are informed by the end of Thursday 1st July we will provide a refund less £1 per person to cover admin costs.
