From Kemplay Roundabout on A66 Penrith, follow the A6 Southbound signed to Kendal drive 4miles to Hackthorpe village, take right turn signed to Lowther follow O-Signs from this junction. There is a large surfaced car park area but please park sensibly. There may be dog walkers around.
SI Card Hire
Border Liners SI Cards will be available to those who require one. There is no charge unless you lose it.
Start
Please provide your name and details before going to the start. This is just to keep track of who has started. The start is approximately 100m from download/enquiries. The start will not be actively manned. Please start 1 minute after the previous person on your course has started.
Finish
The finish is approximately 200m from download/enquiries.
Course Details
Green: 4.1km 90m climb Map scale: 1:7500
Short Green: 3.5km 70m climb Map scale 1:7500
Yellow: 2.4km 35m climb Map scale 1:7500
All controls are SIAC enabled. The start and finish require dibbing.

Terrain
Rough grassland and semi mature tree plantation. There are several paths but most are mapped.

There will be one portaloo in the car park
Clothing
This event is being held in mid winter – please dress accordingly. Cagoules may be compulsory.
Dogs
There are no restrictions other than common sense. Deer and other wild animals are in the woods.
