Here are some lovely pictures of the 1st Wetheral Brownies at Talkin Tarn last weekend. Julie and Christine arranged an introductory coaching session in advance of the main event to teach the youngsters about maps and symbols, and give them a chance to practise with dibbers.
Afterwards the Brownies all ran the shortest course at the main event either individually or in pairs. They managed some impressively fast times and dominated the results! The coaching obviously worked.
