Safety and Risk: A comprehensive risk assessment will have been carried out by the event organiser. Runners must download even if they retire so we can be sure everyone is back and that we do not need to start a search and rescue. Participants take part at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety during the event.
Non-members and Third Party Liability Insurance: As from 1st January 2020 non-members will be covered by British Orienteering Third Party Liability insurance for all activities/competitions, and the limit of 3 activities/competitions will no longer apply.
Privacy: When entering Border Liners events any personal information we obtain for participation and insurance purposes will be held in accordance with our data privacy policy. Some personal details (name, gender, age, class & club) will appear in the results section of our website or in newspaper reports. Read our privacy policy to see how we look after your personal data.
